Returns & Refunds
Eligibility And Timeframes
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition, sealed, and in original packaging with all inserts where applicable.
- Open or used items are not eligible for change of mind returns
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first
- We may request the order number and photos of the product and packaging
Items Not Eligible For Return
- Perishable goods where the seal has been broken
- Clearance items and final sale items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Free gifts or samples included with an order
Incorrect Or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, contact us within three days of delivery. Provide photos of the parcel, shipping label, outer packaging, and the item received. We will organise a replacement, credit, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we advise next steps.
How To Return An Item

- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
- Pack the item securely and include your name and order number inside the parcel

Return shipping for change of mind is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds, Credits, And Exchanges
After inspection, approved returns are processed to the original payment method or as store credit. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Original shipping is not refundable unless the order was incorrect or faulty.
It can take five to ten business days for a refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Order Issues And Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible for address updates or order changes. Orders that have been packed or shipped may not be able to be changed. If a parcel is returned to sender due to an addressing issue, we can reship once a new shipping fee is paid.
Shipping And Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery time varies by location and service level.
- Standard delivery within Australia generally two to eight business days
- Express delivery within Australia generally one to four business days
- Authority to leave may be available at checkout
- PO boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted for most orders
Delivery estimates are a guide only and can be affected by peak periods and carrier delays.
Late Or Lost Parcels
If your parcel is late, check the tracking link in your shipping email. If there is no movement for seven business days, contact us and we will request an investigation with the carrier. Once an investigation concludes a parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Transit times vary by region and service level.
Some items cannot be shipped to certain countries due to local regulations.
